A study on problem faced by women employees in IT sectors of Chennai city

In this research paper describe about the problems and issues by female employees in IT industry in Chennai city. The study aims to examine that the problems of female employees in IT industry in Chennai city faced various factors like time management, better work life balance, less opportunities, unco-operative team, conflict, higher pay, stress, health issues, personal pressure, less opportunities, inequalities with men, less motivation, lack of family support, career advancement, negative feedback, misunderstand with co-workers. In this paper sample has drawn 90 female employees for this study. The primary data and secondary Data are used for the research study, the primary data is collected with the research questionnaire and secondary data is collected from articles, books. Random sampling techniques are used and data analysis tool used for percentage analysis and chi-square test.
