It is essential to transition from manual to computerised labour, and the new technological advancements are beneficial to all industries. In this regard, the internet is crucial. In the area of income tax, e-governance has implemented an e-filing website where taxpayers may submit their Individual Tax Return (ITR) electronically rather than physically visiting the income tax department. E-filing refers to the procedure for submitting, creating, and filing income tax returns. Finding out how happy and knowledgeable taxpayers are with the Income Tax Department’s E-filing service is the main goal of this research. A total of 120 people were surveyed for this data set. For the benefit of all taxpayers, this research will educate them on how to make the system more user-friendly and trustworthy.
