Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influence the job satisfaction of employees and to identify the factor
improves the performance level of employees. The researcher used percentage analysis and regression analysis to find the result. The results shows that the Automobile industry relaxed the policies which are framed for the employees’ increased the interest and involvement of the employees. Finally it concludes that there is a positive correlation between the employee’s job satisfaction and job performance. To increase the productivity and job performance the Automobile industry provide all these factors of job satisfaction.
