Abstract

Digital Human Resource Management (Digital HRM) has emerged as one of the most progressive concepts in today’s organizations, integrating digital technologies into traditional HR functions. This study explores the role of Digital HRM in enhancing organisational
efficiency. It examines various digital tools such as HR analytics, e-recruitment, learning
management systems, and digital performance management, and their impact on productivity,
decision-making, and employee engagement.The study concludes that successful implementation of Digital HRM requires strategic planning, employee training, supportive organisational culture, and strong technological
infrastructure.
