Abstract

This research paper investigates the significance of failure in the women entrepreneurial
journey and the techniques used by successful firms to build resilience and recover from setbacks. Failure is an unavoidable part of women entrepreneurship, and understanding how to manage and learn from mistakes is critical for long-term success. The study analyses case studies, surveys, and interviews with women entrepreneurs to get insight into the problems they confront and the resilience mechanisms they use. Embracing failure fosters a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, contributing to long-term success.
