Abstract

Employment is not merely a source of income but a transformative instrument for achieving social inclusion and human development. This paper analytically explores how employment bridges inequality by linking economic productivity with social justice. It examines the multidimensional impact of employment of economic, social, and psychological on marginalized groups and evaluates policy mechanisms that promote inclusive growth. Drawing on Amartya Sen’s capability approach and the Human Development Index (HDI) framework, the paper argues that equitable employment is the foundation for sustainable development, where social inclusion acts both as a means and an outcome of human progress.
