Abstract

The paper studies customer perceptions and satisfaction regarding E-commerce. It examines how rapid technological developments and online shopping trends influence customer behavior and adaptation toward E-commerce platforms. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis were used for the study.
