Abstract
Present study was fully examined about the influence of Organizational cultural factors
impact at work station. Out of 13 departments in the Krishnapatnam Port Company Ltd
(KPCL) researcher has taken a sample of 530 respondents to study the commitment of
port employees. The study focused on organization culture based on organization
cultural factors influence on commitment of the employees tested with Multiple
regressions.
