Abstract
This article explores customer satisfaction and buying behavior concerning Hero bikes at TKR Motors Pvt. Ltd., Panruti. The study aims to identify key factors influencing customer preferences, evaluate their buying experience, and provide actionable insights for enhancing satisfaction. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire from 100 respondents and analyzed using percentage, weighted average, and chi-square methods.
