The goal of the current study is to determine how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are influencing HRM practices, namely in the areas of recruitment, employee experience, data-driven decision-making, and learning and development. With the main objective of understanding how AI is changing traditional HR responsibilities, it examines the potential advantages, difficulties, and repercussions of incorporating AI into HR practices. A thorough analysis of the body of literature on artificial intelligence in the HR domain comprised the first section of the research study. Examining pertinent academic journals, industry reports, and other sources was necessary to create a strong knowledge base and pinpoint research gaps. The study is qualitative as well as descriptive. The study's findings led to the following conclusion: AI gives recruiters a helpful tool for optimizing talent; clever AI technology will progressively replace repetitive administrative tasks, allowing HR executives and recruiters to concentrate more on tactical duties; and AI solutions will facilitate job searches for individuals. AI will revolutionize hiring, increase learning and development programs, boost employee happiness, and enable data-driven decision-making. Despite the difficulties, overcoming them will enable companies to fully incorporate AI into HR, increasing productivity, efficacy, and employee satisfaction. This paper advances the subject by thoroughly analyzing the ways in which AI has transformed HR procedures. Its practical insights, problem identification, implications for organizational performance, and identification of potential research subjects are beneficial to HR practitioners.
