Electronic human resource management (E-HRM) is a technique that helps businesses better manage their human resources while also improving employee well-being. The management of human resources has an impact, as do continual changes in technological, behavioral, and financial structures. Current HRM models suggest that demands for Human Resources (HR) roles are shifting as corporations try to shrink their HR departments and make them more "strategic." The study's purpose is to investigate the impact of E-HRM practices on organizational growth. An empirical investigation is conducted with a sample size of 260 respondents. Furthermore, inductive methods, deductive reasoning, and summarized methods were used. Each trend is evaluated in light of relevant present studies, and prospective future study directions are explored.
