Abstract

India’s economy is currently the strongest due to its bright and educated female population. Women have been striving for distinction in such fields as they have begun to recognize their abilities. Women are overworked in the current system, where maintaining domestic duties is their major duty, and this causes disarray in their responsibilities in both work and life. In order to preserve and grow their relationships, women in multiple roles must manage childcare, housework, and support for their spouses. In order to help their partner in their profession and overcome any unique obstacles they may encounter; dual roles also participate in status promotion activities. Work family conflict can result from a variety of circumstances, including long work hours, rigid work schedules, and a less-than-ideal work atmosphere. When job and family obligations collide with one another, work-family conflict arises. The three courts in Chennai, India—the GT Court, the Saidapet Court, and the Egmore Court—were used to choose the respondents. The fact that Tamilnadu’s legal system was established so early indicates how deeply ingrained legal practice has been in the city for a very long time. The questionnaire used for the survey has both closed- and open-ended items. The subject of the legal profession’s expansion has garnered a lot of interest and will probably continue to be the main issue of discussion for some time to come.
