Abstract
A graph is properly coloured when its vertices are assigned colours in a way that distinguishes them from adjacent vertices. Many fields, including theoretical computer science as well as information theory, may benefit from graph colouring. The fractional chromatic number” of the bistar families of that graphs has been discussed in this article.
