ParkEzy is a comprehensive, intellectual parking management and control system that offers a user-friendly experience to both parking garage holders and consumers. The system has two different Android apps registration for both consumers and garage holders with easy access through Passport-based authentication for login. The consumer app includes Global Positioning System (GPS) map locations, notifications, and nearby parking spot availability with directions, enabling users to easily find and book a parking space. The app also can generate an invoice with details upon booking completion, making the payment process more convenient. The parking spots can be dynamically and automatically updated, allowing parking garage holders to manage their parking spaces more efficiently. Stakeholders of parking garage and towing companies have option to receive notifications. The system utilizes Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology to identify vehicles entering and exiting the parking area, and also we have plans to include Toll pass Ids making the process seamless and reducing the likelihood of unauthorized parking. The admin panel provides analytics reporting, including vehicle images and details, allowing parking garage landlords to have an appropriate overview of the garage activities. Additionally, the system allows for the export of vehicle details as an Excel sheet and also email to stakeholders if needed, making data management more efficient. This feature can be particularly useful for parking garage holders who need to analyze data for various purposes such as financial or operational management. The parking garage space count logic can be integrated with existing parking app using the Application Programming Interface (API) from the parking garage module that integrated with Internet of Things (IOT) system in the physical garages, so it will help for seamless flow of vehicle traffic and parking management. Overall, ParkEzy simplifies parking management, and also offers a convenient and efficient solution for both parking garage holders and drivers or consumers.
