Abstract

The recent innovations through Internet of things (IoT) in hospitality sector in recent years were designed in such a manner that hotel administrations are developed using these advanced technology for guest satisfaction and for better occupancy. In this paper, the analysis is done to investigate the changing trend of hotel and tourism business in regard to Online Travel Agents (OTA). In addition the deployment of latest technology at hotel infrastructures aided by (IoT). The results proves with a 0.01 level significance for IoT with a majority of cutting edge advancements in hotel industry is utilized for guest satisfaction like WIFI, Electronic gadgets, Thermal and body Sensors, Near Field Communication (NFC), and the outcomes of regression (b = 0.758, p = 0.000) between occupancy and OTA evidences the significance.
