Computers perform a major role in our daily lives. To computerize the information in the form of data in order to make the data efficient and for a long time. As the size of the data increases, it is necessary to maintain that data securely and can make the data accessible for the user. In order to handle the process of request-response in an efficient manner in this technological world, we have to move on Cloud Computing. Cloud Computing, as the name indicates, the data being obtained is kept in the cloud space or some virtual storage. The data found in the cloud can be accessible from anywhere by the client. There exist several security mechanisms in order to protect the data in the cloud. This research work proposes a technique called Novel Enhanced Multi Factor Authentication (NE-MFA) to implement a secure authentication mechanism for the cloud data. The proposed NE-MFA has implemented the factors, system hardware credentials along with MAC and IP address to authenticate the cloud system to improve the security measures and authentication accuracy.
