In today's rapidly evolving workplace landscape, employee engagement stands as a critical determinant of organizational success, shaped by the intricate interplay of leadership effectiveness, teamwork dynamics, and organizational policies. This study explores the impact of visionary leadership, emotionally intelligent leadership, and authentic leadership on employee engagement, along with the pivotal role of teamwork and the influence of well-crafted organizational policies. A survey-based research methodology involving a diverse demographic sample was employed, and the data were analyzed using SPSS. While chi-square tests revealed no significant individual associations, the comprehensive regression analysis demonstrated that leadership, teamwork, and organizational policies collectively explained 36.1% of the variance in employee engagement. The study emphasizes the need for organizations to invest in leadership development, foster effective teamwork, and continually refine policies to create a positive workplace culture. The findings underscore the dynamic nature of employee engagement, necessitating ongoing monitoring and tailored interventions to meet the evolving needs of a diverse workforce.
