This research presents a new way to greatly improve effectiveness while also filling important gaps in previous studies. Rather of focusing on integrated techniques, previous research frequently relied on standalone analyses. By effectively integrating GIS spatial analysis, numerical weather prediction models, historical data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and remote sensing technologies, this study enhances the current landscape. With flawless prediction rates in numerical modeling and machine learning, the suggested technique proves to be extremely efficient and Accurate. Comprehensive thematic mapping, accurate temperature forecasts, and the detection of geographical risks are all part of the output metrics. The comprehensive and integrated approach of this research is what makes it stand out; it sheds light on extreme weather occurrences in a subtle way. This multi-pronged strategy helps with resilience by providing a better foundation for evaluation and prevention.
