Abstract
Nevertheless the idiosyncrasy of material play a salient feature, configuration of the wave guide is also noteworthy parameters to envisage an efficient outcome, which is vividly visible in the present communication, where Silicon (Si) based L-shape photonic crystal waveguide is employed for comprehending Terahertz (THz) communication with the help of finite difference time domain method. The output upshot of current address divulges that a higher bandwidth in the range of terahertz of said photonic waveguide is realised pertaining to signal, varies from 1200 nm to 2250 nm, which would be a suitable ranges for aforementioned application.
