Abstract

The main aim of this article is to prove that, developing emotional intelligence have a positive effect in occupational performance. The measurement of emotional intelligence and its best application is proved here to maximize occupational productivity. This paper is composed explicitly for HR experts with the goal that they will be better educated and, hence feel increasingly certain about affecting key partners in the usage of EI projects, procedures and mediations. Objective: EI dimensions have a positive focus on the emotions and have a stronger positive association with Occupational performance. Findings and suggestions: EI shows a positive correlation with occupational performance and in-turn increases the productivity. If emotional intelligence is developed through proper training, the Occupational productivity can be increased to desired level according to the ability of the employees.
