Emotional intelligence: Identifying energy transformation as root cause of emotions

Right from the origin of the concept "emotional intelligence " to till now lot of researches have framed theories insisting of identifying emotions, managing emotions, perceiving, emotions using emotions etc. but very few were discussing about the root cause of emotions. There should be a driving force for emotions to act that is called energy. Emotions can be called as " energy in motion In the human science the body has two typesmental form & physical form(Ramirez 2007). In this article the theoretical frame work of energy association in forming emotions will be discussed. if energy is identified and managed the emotional intelligence can be successfully achieved.
