Abstract

This study is to identify the various factors that cause stress and improve the employee well-being and performance. 2) To study motivation as one of the recovery technique used to overcome stress. To study how the employees are affected by stress in their job. Methods/Statistical Analysis: This paper provides empirical insights about the ways to overcome stress through motivation and to improve job performance. The multivariate analysis, Structural Equation Model is used for analysis. Findings: The intentions of this investigate is to explain the factors. Employee's stress is the negative influence on job performance and job resource is the positive influence of job performance its p value is fully significant. This research will be explanatory of various factors on stress to improve the employee performance.
