Abstract

Nanoformulation plays important role to emphasize the efficiency of reaching of the drugs including chemotherapy drugs and Phytochemicals. Under this experiment we focused to improve the bioavailability of pramipexole dihydrochloride by loaded in nanoparticles, this may minimize the dosing frequency and may reduce the toxicity which is a side effect of conventional formulation. The polymer as a carrier plays an important role in transport the drug across the blood-brain barrier which may be effective in producing the therapeutic effect. Piperine as bio enhancer and MAO inhibitors may not only enhance the activity of pramipexole dihydrochloride but also provide additional mode of action to treat Parkinson’s disease in effective way moreover it may be used as a substituent of MAO-B inhibitors such as selegline and rosagline. This uplift the present work on particle size with respective towards two different drugs with a polymers.
