A study on factors affecting workplace behaviour of geny

The purpose of the study is to show the factors affecting workplace behaviour of Gen Y employees in Datamatics Global solutions Chennai. For the study, Team work, Rewards and Benefits are the independent variables and workplace behaviour are the dependent variables. The analysis of data was done by using SPSS. The sample population of this study is drawn for Gen Y age between 20-35 years. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to this young generation and 183 were usable data. The findings of the study shows that the factor is dominating affecting Gen Y employees at workplace behaviour. This study helps the human resources manager to understand and improve to manage and retain this young talent in the work. © 2017, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc. All rights reserved.
