Abstract

. The jute mat fibers are fabricated with several layers of fiber with opposite orientation in addition with coconut shell powder and resins. In current trends, metallic components are replaced by natural fibers because of the inherent properties such as light in weight, easy to fabricate, less cost and easy availability. This material has high strength and withstands the load. In this
investigation the plates are made without stitching the fiber. The result of tensile strength and
flexural strength are compared with nano material (coconut shell powder)
