Abstract

Objective: This study reconnoiters influence of Detention, Nepotism, and Truancy on workplace
deviance of Service Organization employees with aim of ascertaining their relative and combined contributions. Analysis: A descriptive survey analysis design was adopted for study. Using Proportionate sampling technique, a cluster of 600 respondents was selected for study. Four standardized instruments were used for information assortment. Using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Statistics and regression
analysis, hypotheses generated for study were tested at 0.05 alpha (α) levels.
