A SUPERLATIVE GROPING ON THERAPEUTIC PROPERTIES OF PREMNA LATIFOLIA EXTRACTS

Therapeutic properties of Premna latifolia (P.Latifolia) leaf, stem, and whole plant extract was examined in this paper. Based on the active phytochemical constituents present in P.Latifolia leaf extracts, activities such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and wound healing activities are carried out and tested against several bacteria�s in former researches. The extract was prepared using solvents based on polarity ranges High, Medium and Low as such the petroleum ether and hexane from low polarity, the chloroform, ethyl acetate and acetone from mid polarity, and the methanol, aqueous and ethanol from high polarity was taken and are examined in those activities are investigated in this study. © 2019 by Advance Scientific Research.
