This article provides a new methodology to investigate the performance measures of five nonpreemptive fuzzy queues. Here we consider the arrival rate and the service rate in fuzzy numbers. Based on the Centroid Of Area (COA) ranking approach, the values of the fuzzy queues are reduced to the crisp. Consequently, both the Triangular Fuzzy Number and Trapezoidal Fuzzy Number are taken into consideration to establish the proposal's validity. An illustration is stated to found out the characteristics of performance measures of the fuzzy queuing model.
