The implementation of nanosponges, its prep techniques, and assessment were addressed in this review paper. Nano-sponges play a crucial role in the controlled delivery of drugs. To guide drug delivery a wide range of drugs could be packed into nanosponge. All lipophilic and hydrophilic medicinal products could be loaded into nanosponges.
