Abstract

A key goal in pharmacological screening is a good understanding of the in vivo performance. So development of in vitro evaluations that could be correlated to in vivo performance would be commendable. The purpose of this research was to develop easily predictable in vitro method for the evaluation of antiinflammatory activity. Further, this research work was also aimed to establish an in vitro -in vivo correlation of anti-inflammatory activity.
