Abstract

The coronavirus disease outbreak has stunned the entire world through its rapid spread between the countries, and at last, it has become a deadly virus that results in millions of patients, increased the occurrence of deaths, and has created a destructive impact on the world economics. People who reside in metropolitan cities have sufficient knowledge related to this disaster virus and they have gained enough experience to fight against this virus. But, 70% of the entire population has been surrounded by the rural population in developing countries like India. This chapter is an endeavor to address the current situation of the pandemic infection of COVID-19 that impacts the rural areas in our country. The authors have developed a model called “Hierarchy of COVID-19 Disaster Healthcare Management System” based on the National Emergency Management System to fight against the corona-virus in rural areas.
