Abstract

In present scenario, a one-time pad dealing with cryptography is used to safeguard our communication from any intruder. DNA is a long chain molecule. It has a different combination of four nitrogenous bases, namely A (adenine), T (thymidine), C (cytosine), and G (guanine). This paper presents an enhanced DNA structure for the implementation of a one-time pad together Graph labeling techniques. Here our message is encrypted using the DNA code along with binary value, then those values converted as a Binary code. The Binary value is then altered as a decimal number. By make use of OTP key the final level of the encrypted message is presented as a cipher graph. Which adopt our product edge labelling techniques. Here we execute private key to encipher and decipher the message.
