Abstract

A series of 2-Aminopyrimidine linked 7-Azainadzole derivatives were designed, synthe-sized and evaluated for their anticancer activity against MCF-7, A549 and MDA-MB-231human cancer cell lines by MTT assay method. The compound 11g showed potent anti-cancer activity against MCF-7, A549, MDA-MB-231 cell lines with IC50 values of 0.34 μM,0.11 μM and 2.33 μM respectively than the positive control, Adiramycin.
