The continuously developing IT sector of Chennai requires sustained innovation for companies to retain competitive prominence. The research investigates how human resource practices harmonize with transformational leadership to motivate employees toward sustaining innovative culture. The study investigates these essential elements to deliver strategic guidance about innovative people leadership and management methods that IT businesses can apply for sustained innovation results. Organizational culture based on HR practices becomes the starting point for innovation through its ability to foster creative experimentation among employees. Natural talent recruitment strategies help organizations acquire employees who possess high innovation abilities alongside persistent training programs that enable staff members to harness essential capabilities needed for technology adaptation. Performance management systems with their recognition and reward systems strengthen innovation-driven acti ons in employees. Employees feel confident enough to embrace creativity since HR policies ensure psychological safety which lets them take risks with minimal fear of failing in their projects. Transformational leadership effectively strengthens the results achieved through human resource management practices. The combination of inspirational and challenging leadership produces environments that establish trust relationships as well as collaborative spaces along with thinking toward the future. Transformational leadership fosters employee innovation through visionary communication and intellectual motivation which stimulates employees to seek both regular and unorthodox solutions. Leadership support through individualized guidance enables staff members to develop confidence which leads them to show greater dedication to innovative work activities. When leadership teams join forces with HR practices they build a culture where innovation becomes a permanent organizational value
