Abstract

In the contemporary hospitality industry, effective Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) and efficient customer data
management are essential for enhancing guest experience, driving
loyalty, and optimizing revenue. This study explores the integration
of cloud-based Property Management Systems (PMS) with Online
Travel Agencies (OTA), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and
Global Distribution Systems (GDS) as a strategic approach for
consolidating guest information and improving operational efficiency
in luxury hotels. Cloud-based PMS provides a centralized platform for
real-time data collection, storage, and analysis, enabling hotels to
capture comprehensive guest profiles that include preferences,
booking patterns, feedback, and loyalty program participation. By
synchronizing with OTAs, hotels can acquire guest data from multiple
online channels, while CRS integration ensures that direct and
indirect reservations are efficiently managed. GDS connectivity

clientele, allowing for seamless import of booking and guest
information into the CRM system. This integrated data ecosystem
facilitates personalized marketing, targeted promotions, and
individual guest needs. Moreover, cloud-based PMS ensures data
security, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability, while
supporting advanced analytics for revenue optimization and decisionmaking.
The findings underscore that a cloud PMS integrated with
OTA, CRS, and GDS not only strengthens CRM capabilities but also
drives strategic insights for dynamic pricing, guest segmentation, and
loyalty management. Consequently, this approach represents a
critical component of digital transformation in luxury hospitality,
promoting a seamless, data-driven model for enhancing guest
satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
