Abstract
The study investigates psychological well-being and quality of work life (QWL) among IT professionals. It proposes a hybrid analytical framework integrating the modified Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) model, fuzzy logic, and machine learning classifiers such as Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Data were collected from 300 IT employees through structured questionnaires measuring mental health, workload, autonomy, relationships, and career growth. The framework effectively classified low, medium, and high QWL levels with an accuracy of 93.4%, demonstrating its usefulness for identifying mental health risks and improving workplace interventions.
