Abstract

The study explores the relationship between structured digital learning programs and workforce performance outcomes in financial institutions. Using a survey of 320 employees from Indian banking and financial institutions, it examines the impact of AI-augmented learning, mobile-first learning, and microlearning on employee competency, productivity, retention, and performance. Statistical techniques such as Chi-Square, Pearson Correlation, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression were used.
