Abstract

Modern organizations heavily depend on Information and Computer Technology to enhance psychological aspects, including self-efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). An AI-assisted Information and Communication Technology framework that develops employee empowerment and workplace voluntary behavior. A neural ordinal regression model used with behavioral sentiment analysis to analyze 1,000 employees from five sectors produced the results. AnyLogic is used to evaluate the system through dynamic behavioral simulation. The conducted tests demonstrated that self-efficacy experienced a 52.4% rise while OCB dimensions increased by 61.1%, specifically altruism grew by 55.17%, and civic virtue expanded by 62.96%. The designed model displayed higher performance than typical ICT setups from 2022 to 2024 while achieving better results in major engagement measurements by at least 15%. The results verify how ICT transforms the way people behave in organizations. To include emotion-aware systems and cross-sector validation through multiple organizational assessments for establishing universal behavioral patterns of adaptive ICT environments.
