Abstract

nclusive heritage tourism has emerged as a significant driver of economic
development, promoting job creation while preserving cultural and
historical assets. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and
Neuromarketing in heritage tourism enhances visitor engagement, maximizes
economic potential, and ensures targeted marketing strategies that drive sustainable
employment. This paper explores the potential of AI-driven inclusive heritage
tourism for job creation, particularly in marginalized and underserved communities.
