Abstract
The study explores the impact of digital marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction, a topic of growing importance in today's digital landscape. As business increasingly invest in digital marketing to engage customers and drive satisfaction, understanding the effectiveness of these strategies is crucial. This research assess customer satisfaction with digital marketing and investigates the key factors influencing satisfaction, including personalization, content quality, and user experience, using a survey based approach, this study examines the complex relationship between digital marketing strategies and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights for business to optimize their digital marketing efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
