Abstract

This research assess customer satisfaction with digital marketing and investigates the key factors influencing satisfaction, including personalization, content quality, and user experience, using a survey based approach, this study examines the complex relationship between digital marketing strategies and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights for business to optimize their digital marketing efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
