Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has completely changed how
companies function and engage with tourists in the tourism
industry. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a
revolutionary force in the tourist sector, driving innovation and
changing established business structures. This study explores
the various uses of AI in the travel industry, emphasizing how
it affects strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness,
and consumer experience. It also investigates how artificial
intelligence (AI) technology can improve client experiences,
maximize
operational
effectiveness,
and
facilitate
individualized service delivery in the travel industry. The
contributions of important AI applications to travel planning,
customer service, and destination marketing are investigated.
