Abstract
Digital employee development is a technology-driven
training, skill improvement and life-long learning in
contemporary organizations. Ways to be restrained:
online education, employee education, e-education,
skills building, online revolution, organizational
competitiveness, career growth, online portals. Digital
Employee Development is the application of digital
tools and platforms to train and regularly upgrade the
workforce and career developments in contemporary
enterprises. With businesses starting to adopt digital
transformation, conventional ways of engaging
employees have been starting to be filled with, or
substituted by, e-learning modules, mobile learning
applications, virtual simulations, and group online
workshops. This change allows organizations to
provide high-levels of personalization in learning,
create better accessibility, and to be prompt to
evolving skills needs. The study discusses the
efficacy, issues, and prospects of using digital
methods of staff development, determining their
effects on employee engagement, performance, and
organizational competitiveness. The adoption of
technology, employee digital literacy, and plans on
how to incorporate digital platforms to HR systems to
continue growing are among the key considerations.
