Abstract

In this paper explores the concept of Root Square Mean (RSM) labeling in the fuzzyenvironment for wheel-related graphs. By integrating fuzziness into the structure of graphs, thisstudy introduces fuzzy weights to vertices and edges, extending classical RSMlabelingintoamore versatile framework. The paper provides definitions, methodology, and illustrativeexamples of fuzzy RSM labeling for wheel-related graphs, emphasizing the theoretical andpractical applications in network theory, fuzzy modeling, and decision-making processes.
