Abstract

Personnel Management is providing a detail and general guidelines for managerial de
cision making process to make an optimum utilization of the human resource of the
organization and to make decisions independently. Business system is the backbone of
every countries economic development. It is the process of designing and maintaining
an organization environment in which individuals working together in groups. Effective
administration leads to achieve growth and development of the organization.
Different approaches have been developed for analyzing the Personnel Management
and implementing in to practice. It focuses attention on the development of the skill of
every individual in order to make up-to-date. The organization has been structured based
upon Personnel Management approach like Procurement, Development, Compensation,
Integration and Maintenance of the personnel of an organization for the purpose of con
tributing towards the accomplishment of that organization’s major goals or objectives.
The information provided in this book has been collected from various Indian and Foreign
Books, Journals, Periodicals and Magazines.
After reading this book on Personnel Management, I realize that all the individuals can
indeed be encouraged along into a successful Directors, CEO’S, managers by putting forth
the various aspects of setting-up and attaining the goal in a very comfortable manner
