Abstract

Analysis of Human Resource Management in promoting Employees Performance Abstract The purpose of this innovation is to investigate the significant
part that Human Resource Management (HRM) plays in enhancing the performance of employees and the productivity of organizations. The approach that has been
developed places an emphasis on the integration of data-driven human resource analytics, strategic workforce planning, and motivational frameworks in order to match
employee goals with their organization's objectives. In order to improve employee engagement and career advancement, the system combines artificial intelligence,
methods for constant feedback, and performance dashboards. This model places an emphasis on transparent performance tracking, competency-based assessments, and
adaptive training programs, in contrast to traditional approaches to human resources management, which place an emphasis on subjective judgments. As a result of
putting this model into action, the workforce will become more productive, innovative, and motivated, which will substantially contribute to the success of the business
and its ability to remain sustainable over the long term.
