Abstract
Healthcare organizations today face increasing pressure to balance high-quality patient care with financial sustainability. This study explores how service excellence and agile leadership contribute to improved performance in this dynamic environment. The focus is on understanding the link between enhanced patient satisfaction and key financial metrics such as EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) and ARPOB (Average TIM 9th Research Conference: Transformative Management in the Digital Era 15 | T K M I n s t i t u t e o f M a n a g e m e n t Revenue Per Occupied Bed). The research draws on patient satisfaction surveys, community feedback, and statistical tools including factor analysis and regression. Findings show that improvements in service quality directly influence both patient loyalty and financial outcomes. Agile leadership plays a central role in this process by encouraging adaptability, faster decision-making, and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. The study concludes that investing in service excellence supported by agile leadership not only improves patient experiences but also drives sustainable growth. These insights can help healthcare institutions and leaders develop effective strategies to achieve both operational efficiency and financial success in a competitive and rapidly changing sector. Keywords Service Excellence, Agile Leadership, Patient Satisfaction, Healthcare Management, Revenue Growth.
