Abstract

Artificial intelligence facilitates the industry's ability to perform more quickly and effectively.
Artificial intelligence is moving into a number of departments, including marketing, finance,
production, and human resources. Organizations can use AI systems to understand current
performance and daily operations. The usefulness of artificial intelligence in the workplace was
recognized by demanding managers as business pressure increased.The researcher employed
secondary data, which was gathered from publications, research papers, websites, and other
sources. Examining artificial intelligence's position in the human resources department and
comprehending its challenges were the study's main goal.According to the research report,
artificial intelligence (AI) has a wider role in the human resources department. Manufacturing
firms can handle hiring, recruiting, data analysis, data collection, lowering workplace
workloads, and improving workplace efficiency.
