Abstract

ABSTRACT:
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration into healthcare is redefining the scope and delivery of
nursing practices globally. This paper explores the impact of AI on nursing effectiveness, focusing
on enhanced clinical decision-making, reduced administrative workload, and improved patient
care outcomes. Through a comprehensive review of current literature, the study identifies key
factors influencing AI adoption in nursing, including technological readiness, digital literacy,
organizational support, and ethical considerations. The research highlights both the benefits and
ethical issues associated with AI—such as concerns around data privacy, bias, and workforce
adaptation. A conceptual framework is proposed to illustrate the relationship between these factors
and the perceived effectiveness of AI-integrated nursing practice. Findings underscore the
importance of AI training, ethical governance, and supportive infrastructure to ensure responsible
and impactful AI adoption. The study concludes that AI has transformative potential in nursing,
provided its implementation aligns with ethical standards and clinical priorities.
