The study examines the impact of management practices on employee empowerment and involvement and analyzes how these factors influence organizational performance in selected organizations in Thoothukudi City. It focuses on participative decision-making, leadership support, communication effectiveness, training and development, and performance appraisal systems. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical research design using primary and secondary data.
