Abstract

The present invention relates to a computing system for efficient supply chain and logistics management. The system comprises a centralized digital platform configured to monitor, manage, and optimize supply chain activities including inventory management, transportation, warehouse operations, order processing, and delivery tracking. The system integrates IoT devices, GPS tracking, RFID/barcode technology, cloud computing, and machine learning algorithms to enable real-time data collection and intelligent decision-making. The invention predicts demand, optimizes delivery routes, reduces operational delays, and improves resource utilization. A real-time monitoring dashboard provides shipment tracking, inventory status, and performance analytics for efficient management. The proposed system enhances supply chain transparency, reduces manual errors, minimizes costs, and improves overall logistics efficiency across various industrial and commercial applications.
